1. Introduction

These terms govern access to all services, digital materials, and physical items provided by NotarLineFirm.

2. Service Categories

• Notary Services: Official certification and authentication of documents.
• Information Products: Digital guides, templates, and reference materials.
• Goods: Physical items such as document covers and secure seals.

3. Booking and Payment

Clients may schedule an appointment or purchase materials via our site. Charges are due in full at the time of booking or order. We accept standard online payment options. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Notary Services

Clients may request a cancellation or change up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days in the form of a credit adjustment. Appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance incur no fee. Once a notarial process has begun or documents have been certified, no refund is available due to dedicated allocation of resources and time.

4.2 Information Products

For digital guides and templates, clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no more than one file has been downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via the original payment channel. If multiple files have been accessed or the product has been substantially used, refunds are not available, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition and packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping fees, upon verification of the defect. Refunds for standard send-backs will be processed within 14 days after we receive the item.

5. Rescheduling Appointments

Notary appointments may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 24 hours before the original time. Subsequent changes may incur a nominal fee as outlined on our site.

6. Amendments

NotarLineFirm reserves the right to modify these terms with at least 30 days’ notice on the site. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
